      Pros

      The corporate office is lovely.

      Cons

      How many executives and directors does one organization need? The approval process of having 10 people review something they don't understand gets in the way of progress (have you seen the half-baked website?). I would have loved to work at Allina longer; most of my colleagues were wonderful and committed (the others got away with online shopping most of the day because there is no accountability), but the ever-changing moods and opinions of "leaders" dictate the direction and changes monthly.

      Pros

      Love their mission on mind, body, soul, and community. I believe they take that to heart. New Management is trying to improve overall business process and how we operate

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it will take a lot dedication and hard work to get there, exciting times at Allina, I love change and being a part of the implementations of new programs and processes.
