How many executives and directors does one organization need? The approval process of having 10 people review something they don't understand gets in the way of progress (have you seen the half-baked website?). I would have loved to work at Allina longer; most of my colleagues were wonderful and committed (the others got away with online shopping most of the day because there is no accountability), but the ever-changing moods and opinions of "leaders" dictate the direction and changes monthly.
