Human resources was able to find information or create information put it together inform that was enough to terminate me. I made one mistake and was fired. And you know what that mistake was... I put 15 minutes extra on my time card accidentally and was fired for it. Allina's human resource department sees all staff is expendable. You can be easily replaced. And don't think the union will protect you cuz they had no power whatsoever. I'm trying to condense the story down but it's very interesting and I learned a lot about human resources should be named something else because well the kind of argument resources hiring and firing but with firing someone for one mistake without any discipline or education or opportunity for a second chance.
