Pros
Health benefit plan is good.
Cons
Toxic culture among marketing team, driven by poor leaders. Pay is low compared to other health systems, and obviously other types of businesses. Lack of growth or professional development - hard to get promotions or deserved title/pay increase without someone in the role leaving, which rarely happens. Leaders don't provide any direction yet have lofty goals they would like to reach but don't provide support in reaching those goals.
