      They threw their short staffed lab employees under the bus .?instead of hiring more lab staff they secretly sold off the lab part of Allina to another company and current employees weren’t guaranteed their jobs

      Great work like balance. Decent PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is horrible. They make you feel like a number instead of an employee. After being shipped off and sold to a for profit company we were ensured this would benefit the thousands of employees. But it was never acknowledged how this drastically changed the life of so many people due to their poor leadership and horrible financial management.
