      Get your required CEUs for free and while getting paid. Many locations to choose from.

      Cons

      Overload of required learning/training in areas not related to your job. Over abundance of management and meetings. Management always talking about losing money but unwilling to listen to workers feedback. Very low supplies due to cutbacks make patient satisfaction of care difficult

      Wonderful caring staff. Willing to do extra to help the clients and each other.

      Cons

      management asks that you use your professional judgment to perform the responsibilities of the job. the reprimand you when they don't like the decision you make. Micro manage staff. preform work metrics on positions that can not be measured by metrics. expect work to be done in a time frame too short to give quality patient care, puts patients at risk with budget constraints and policies.
