      Pros

      Integrity, top notch training and ongoing training, top pay and outstanding benefits. Allina recruits top notch employees and does what it takes to keep them happy and doing a great job for patients.

      Cons

      I can not think of a single thing I am dissatisfied with that I would find anywhere else.

      Allina has been a good company to work for and grow with, so I would recommend them to people.

      Pros

      They care about their patients and providing the best care possible and also try to look out for their employees.

      Cons

      There's probably more overhead than there should be, making it in my opinion, more difficult for Allina to grow financially with paying out the higher salaries and bonuses.

      Pros

      Great people, good training, good hours available, also the corporate atmosphere was professional (dress code was a bit strict) but also cordial and encouraging.

      Cons

      I was part-time, and they're very strict about hours, so I had to frequently re-jigger my hours if we had a meeting that went long. Also, too many meetings... seemed like we were attending a meeting every other week! It really cut into productivity.
