      For the most part worked with caring co-workers and knowledgeable physicians.

      Cons

      Just like anywhere else, there were some co-workers that were negative people and brought down morale.

      Allina provides good benefits and as an 11 hospital health system has decent opportunities for advancement and internal movement. Well respected locally and nationally Good clinical staff

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive in the market - once hired movement up the salary scale is very slow and inadequate Rewards and recognition are poor Management and leadership are self-focused and do not always value employees and their contributions
