-Poor managerial leadership, decision-making, and use of department finances, focusing too much effort on band-aid solutions. -Department building is structurally unsafe and lacks quality security protection. Major lack of respect for employee's boundaries, excessive staffing pages, requiring employee's to attend mandatory monthly education while not scheduled to be at work. While the education sessions are paid, each person is expected to still attend on what would otherwise be their day off making work-life balance difficult. -Management has continually referred to department as being "A family" creating divides in accountability, respect, and appropriate workplace behavior.
