      Not a company where it is easy to obtain opportunities for personal growth. Very siloed so don't learn much outside of your team.

      Orthopedic department has the best doctors to work with but that is the only good part.

      The doctors are the best in the state. No company has better doctors to work with. They are great teachers as well.

      Cons

      No room for growth, no leaders, managers do not do well when you try to help with a problem. Pay isn’t the greatest. Been apart of other companies where they had great leaders and managers. Employee satisfaction not the best. Employees only staying to work with the doctors.
