Manager has a tyrant attitude -Check ins are about what was done wrong or what needs to be done right now...No tools, assistance or explanation from manager to supervisor- Top down lack of communication, collaboration to stream line processes. Micromanagement is throughout the organization top down. Supervisors and Employees are guilty till proven innocent operations COO, Director and managers have a disconnect Solution: Building a culture in which employees are energized and engaged to perform at maximum levels (and beyond) requires both strong people manager skills, a consistent set of people processes, and an atmosphere for providing accurate, clear, constructive feedback on a regular basis.
