      Pros

      Great salary and benefits. Amazing co workers. Proud to work with such amazing nurses and staff. They hire quality personnel.

      Cons

      Hard to keep up with all of the mid level management positions they keep creating. Poor communication, not interested in employee input like they used to be. Very $$$$ driven. Patient care suffers because of it. Low morale post strike.

      -Culture- (strikes with nursing union causes negative culture between management and nurses)
