Pros

flexibility with work schedule and PTO when requested.

Cons

Limited ability to elevate within the department. Advancement is based on friendship or like/dislike of an employee. One Manager requested that specifically chosen employees apply for open Coding positions. This should have been email to ALL employees, this was not received well from those who have applied in the past. Promotion due to friendship or like/dislike only causes a decline in morale and respect for Management.
