Pros

You get to work with a strong, kind and patient-focused team of caregivers. From nurses, doctors, to environmental Service workers, everyone works above and beyond their duties to better the lives of others. Staff are helpful towards each other, cooperative, generous with their time and effort, understanding towards new employees and some of the best problem solvers when it comes to healthcare.

Cons

The job can be stressful emotionally and physically like any healthcare setting can. The record keeping software seems outdated and slow. There are few opportunities for growth within your specialty.

Pros

Great people with very much a family atmosphere, good pay and excellent benefits, would highly recommend if in a stable department.

Cons

Rotating door of middle and upper management bred a near constant state of confusion with little support or stability. Very frustrating.
