In spite of being a "high-tech" company, management, upper and lower level, seems to have come straight out of caves (sorry cavemen!). Several reviews have mentioned the cliques. When you start with bad management and you still have a "good-ole'-boy" network, it goes from bad to worse. Client needs are largely ignored unless the solution is revenue-producing. The Titanic was better steered!
