After working for Allstate Peterbilt Group for over six years, there has not been a day that I have not continued to learn, be challenged, or given an opportunity to exceed expectations. The teams that have been organized to work together in the company have made this feel like a second family. It’s a great feeling knowing that you have groups of people across our dealerships who do anything it takes to work together to get the jobs done.

It took a couple years to feel successful at Allstate. Once success was realized and I earned the respect of my peers, Allstate became an extremely fun place to work. The management team at Allstate are knowledgeable and supportive. Operations and Sales work together to navigate through the daily challenges present in the trucking industry. Success is rewarded and wins are celebrated. As an individual contributor, I have everything I need to be successful.

Cons

Allstate has a very successful sales team. Most of the sales team have been in their territories for years. Because of this, immediate success can seem difficult to attain, but not impossible! You have to be able to carve out your own niche and find a way to break through.
