      Pros

      Allstate Leasing team is GREAT! Each sales person bring a different perceptive on the business. I have a big enough territory that allows me to continually grow my book of business. This job truly has no earning cap. My manager is the best manager I have ever had. I would recommend him and Allstate Leasing to anyone.

      I don't have any Cons. Slight improvements that they are currently working on.
