Love the company Allstate, love the product

Cons

Terrible compensation and it is personal to the agent you work for. Most agents have never been trained as managers and do not possess a professional skill set, especially with their employees.

Pros

Most of the people who were employed there were nice.

Cons

Unfortunately the same employees were under paid and were not rewarded for quality work. You couldn't use sick days or PTO, calling in sick even if you had the days put your job in jeopardy. Very much a who you smoozed with work environment.

2012 EVP initiative the provided casual dress code on a daily basis, weather waivers for absent attendance and limited tardy including a recreation/relaxation room for lunch and breaks.

Cons

Express office had limited career opportunities unless you are willing to relocate. Compared to area market pay scale low. Mixed signals from management. Data unreliable for performance reviews.
