Pros

Company offers fair benefits and work environment is improving in the call centers. Work place is inclusive and very friendly with local management. Culture of balance work, family, and play is improving. Opportunities to learn and get additional training is offered.

Cons

Most benefits are only partially covered by the employer, we pay over 50% of our health care premium which with high co-pay and deductibles, over $6,500 of our pay goes to healthcare expenses no matter what plan we get. Those at the entrance level at the company have a long haul to be able to move of in the company.
