Pros

Paid time off, opportunity to purchase extra time off, managers very nice and willing to help with any questions or escalations, associates very friendly

Cons

Call volume can be stressful at times since you are asked to hit a certain metric when it comes to call waiting times for a customer, one customer can really ruin your whole day, metrics seem to be increasing, job can cause a lot of burn out and stress if you're not careful, high turnover rate, pay is low compared to other companies with same position, company says take care of customer, but in order to make numbers sometimes you would have to look for the companies best interest instead of the customers, management says not a numbers game even though they are constantly tracking your numbers and providing you with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly updates, no upward mobility at least in my office
