They do not care about lower employees or hiring more people to help out with the job duties and others leave, jobs are just absorbed.

Cons

There is no raise, no performance review, not much interaction with the manager. Upper management team does not care about their employee. This company cares so much about their 'images', but don't believe everything they say about their image.
