      Great place to learn, but not long-term.

      Pros

      You’re given the opportunity to learn a lot outside of your job title and gain experience. Holidays off.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. It’s not uncommon to be doing the work of what about three people should be doing. Lack of communication. Do not feel support from upper management where it’s needed most. There are people that have been at the company 10+ years that do not even know other long-term employees at the same location.

      An eye opening experience for where one went wrong.

      Cons

      Awful place to work. If you know your niche in industry, do not bring that knowledge here. You will make suggestions for improvements or alternative methods and be fired. DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Pros

      I’ve been fortunate to develop, but other departments and people have not been as fortunate and not able to progress unless your sales or marketing.

      Cons

      Too much focus on sales, very weak to non-existent HR in the business, hierarchal and you have to fit with the culture or else you are out. Very much a hire, fire and escorted out of premises with no dignity. Poor remuneration unless you are MD’s or executive.
