Bonding with some great people over your mutual feelings of misery. Benefits package is actually pretty good.
Cons
Hoo-boy where to start? Obviously, compensation is a major issue across the board. Depending on your role, you will be given little to no proper training on your job duties, as there is a prevailing fear of training someone to potentially replace you. Plenty of good people have left or been inexplicably let go over the years I've been here. Burnout is rampant throughout many departments, and suggestions for improving morale fall upon deaf ears.
