Huge gender bias and history of sexual harassment. The culture was very superfacial with little depth in actual talent or products.

There are some good people that work there.

Cons

The company is mis-leading and very different behind the scene than on the surface. Operates like a cult. Potential employees beware of what you're getting into, and my advice is run the other way. Their mode of operation is to under pay employees and to prevent them from increasing their skills.
