      I cannot think of pros to working for this company. All expectations were rewarded and was a very diverse and fair company.

      Cons

      Loved working for Alltech, was one of my favorite positions I held in my administrative career.

      Making a real difference with good products and excellent people to work with. Owner is very inspiring.

      Cons

      Change management can be quite poor. People need to be very adaptable and up for a challenge in the face of rapid and poorly communicated change.
