      Pros

      The parties were pretty legendary and TPL brings in some great speakers.

      Cons

      Favoritism and misogyny is rampant. No room for growth. Pays poorly. Ineffective and disengaged management. Tons of turnaround. Coworkers constantly throwing you under the bus.

      Very unappreciated with an enormous work load

      Pros

      Good group of people you work with. (but that is just whoever is in your department. A lot of people look down on others thinking they are "better" then another : job description or they have been there for several years.) Job security is good 12 hour shift... 5 days a week... Hourly pay is awful but you get over -time that "helps". Health benefits and 401k are the ONLY pros.

      Cons

      You start out in production at 12.50 an hour.. And get a wopping like 3% raise a year.. You work so much you are to tired for any family time. (12hr days 5 days a week) Production employees are VERY unappreciated and worked/pushed like dogs. Employees CANNOT have anything in pockets (no wedding bands.. Watches... Turnover rate is crazy, you have new temporary employees at least every week. You will have new managers every year. (how is this even right????)

      Great 401K match, good benefits, many wonderful co-workers, multi-cultural experience, opportunities for travel and learning

      Cons

      Work/life balance is terrible, manipulative/unfair management practices, poor compensation structure, office politics, many overworked and undervalued employees
