Alltech reviews

Horrible pay & benefits, sexism, sexual harassment (google 'Alltech Sexual Harrassment'), mockery of scientific research (they haven't done any worthwhile research in a while, and put on huge glamorous shows to cover that up and 'discuss' the newest fads in agriculture), and the stuff sales people do (read: bribing) to get clients to buy their stuff is appalling (read: strip clubs). Nepotism is rampant, and of course if you speak against it you're fired.

Manager and supervisors incompetent/diffident! No raises, cost of living raise was pathetic! Racism ! Alcohol and drug abuse ! Little or no training and the training that was demonstrated was inadequate. People with strong or somewhat different character/personality were either outcast or terminated without cause. Grim/depressed atmosphere no words of encouragement as in telling the workers that they done a "good job"but we're scolded if the job was somewhat comprimsed or incomplete. If you have any self respect you'll lose it in a short time working here !
