      I do not think this is an acceptable work environment.

      Cons

      They are sneaky and misrepresenting sickness spread in the office. They do not care about our health. They are bringing unvaccinated workers back knowing people are getting sick in office. I am high risk and they could care less. So crazy because I don't even need to be in office, my job is mostly individual work. I am not an entry level employee who needs babysitting.

      Okay pay is really it.

      Spending hours of my personal time per day getting into Charlotte, parking, and walking 10 minutes to the office. Being in office because it is way better and more organized, more productive at home. Forced socialization because I am a quiet person who likes to concentrate. It isn't very diverse of a company when they don't respect different learning styles or people who can't concentrate in an open office plan or who have social anxiety. It was a great job until they called us back into office. So many financial industry leaders and call centers are remote now. Ally is behind the times.
