Pros

Good pay, fully remote (probably doesn't exist anymore), decent benefits, company seemed to care about employees and DE&I, promotion opportunities

Cons

Constant reorganizations, shuffling, changing responsibilities. I was there a little over two years and had five different managers in that time. Finally ended up losing my job in a RIF, where they targeted remote employees.

Pros

Ally's company culture is very inviting and they provide many benefits for their employees. They also are big on ERG programs and networking. There are many remote jobs.

Cons

Though Ally is a completely online financial institution, they should focus more on improving tech. There are many tech issues that hinder job capabilities. To move up in the company you will more than likely need to move close to one of their offices.
