Pros

pay is alright but nothing industry leading as ally likes to think

Cons

Toxic we are a family culture. Rude and condescending head leadership at the site. Gross building with no clean lunchroom, private employee areas, potholes all over the parking lot, rude coworker, very clique and backhanding, people gossip and lie, no work life balance. They expect you to work in this dirty building and act happy about it. I could work better at home without my cube neighbors constantly interrupting me and getting in my business. Dirty bathrooms, always hot and humid in the building. Leaking water everywhere. My boss is really rude and unhelpful.

Cons

Manipulative/gaslighting Ridiculous levels of work due to the turnover storm Egotistical managers and directors that have no clue what they are doing and can't even train you properly Called back into the office to sit on zoom meetings all day and work independently Waste time and money commuting to the office for no benefit Low pay compared to industry Open floor plan with no personal space Expect you to work in the office the majority of the time yet also expect you to be able to log in at home on the weekends to do work regularly Work way more than 40 hours Meetings scheduled through lunch break regularly Rude employees Micromanaging No growth unless you are part of the clique Not much diversity outside of headquarters They have no clue what direction to go in Unorganized No clear objectives Way to much vague corporate communications Don't care or listen to long term employees Leadership out of touch
