Pros

Although the take home pay is not as competitive as you may like, the overall compensation including HSA contributions, stocks, benefits for this and that (like pelvic floor therapy or adoption assistance) and low insurance cost per paycheck. They try to have great culture and for the most part they do with a few black sheep managers that'll get in your way when you speak up for equality and policy.

Cons

There are good and bad managers like most companies. WFH was opening up during the pandemic but they have been rolling it back and wanting folks back in office yet shutdown the Minnesota location around 2021... doesn't quite add up... outlook not great unless you're located in Detroit, Charlotte, or Jacksonville. Workload can be overwhelming depending on rates. Layoffs happen in droughts.
