Pros

GREAT benefits (competitive retirement, stock grants, student loan payments, adoption reimbursement, so much more). Some hybrid work depending on the department you’re in. Can be more agile and forward thinking than older institutions

Cons

Depending on the department, your experience could vary widely. It could be wonderful or terrible. I was incredibly disappointed to find that HR had some of the worst working conditions of any department, even when holding all other departments to a higher standard. The company’s business lines have been changing rapidly over the last couple years, which bas brought lots of instability and reorganization. The future direction does not seem clear.
