Pros
Friendly group of people. Very family oriented. Your team is your second family. Rarely ever worked with a more committed group of folks who were also fun and had fun. You won't find a better work atmosphere than here. Also, casual dress. You can wear shorts and T-shirts during the summer.
Cons
The bigges downside of Rescap (now Ally) is the complete and utter uncertainty in their future. They don't know who is going to be leading them, who will be handing outsourcing where their IT will be, what groups will stay.. It's the only reason I left. I would have stayed if there'd been more certainty surrounding the future of the IT group in Lewisville.
