Pros

If they can ever finish planning projects and let them get started, there is plenty of work to do.

Cons

It takes senior managers a long time to plan the work to be done in projects. The politics and back stabbing from "the other banks" in town has been moved right into Ally. Ally does not create its own corporate culture. Working at Ally is no different from working at the other banks. Some lower level managers tend to play politics to the point that they let people go simply because they do not like them. The turnover causes tremendous problems on important projects. Other lower level managers focus more on their interests outside of their jobs at Ally. Some lower level managers are often accused of extreme micro-managing.
