      You can choose your time and days you wish to work. It is a great job for students, or parents with no childcare.

      Lack of communication with higher ups in company. Misleading information. Lack of pay.

      Pros

      Leadership team is invested in growth of clinical staff. Ability to gain experience in school sites for 1:1 staff and supervisors. Able to continue to grow caseload and experience with many clients with different levels of functioning and age groups. Ability to grow in the company. Supervision for BCBA hopefuls and AMFT/ASW Interns. Abundance of hours. Many areas to work in for schools and home cases.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have to drive far for cases, but we are compensated between clients and whenever this happens, I feel very appreciated by the directors.
