Everyone in the Admin and Clinical team is very supportive and approachable when help is needed.

Great support if you’re new, awesome BCBAS and supervisors.

Cons

Not enough hours, school setting is REALLY far, not good a communicating things.

Pros

ASI is a great employer. The flexible scheduling is amazing and totally allows me to work around my other obligations. I love the training and support too. When I started I didn't have a lot of experience but ASI has been awesome about ongoing training and support. There is always someone available if I have any questions or issues, and I have learned so much. Plus they really care about the clients and the kids. It's not just a business to them--they really are dedicated to helping families and improving lives.

Cons

Can't think of any. LBUSD isn't the greatest but that's totally not ASI's fault!
