Director took into consideration where you lived and would try to give you clients in your area.

Cons

Very unethical on how they would bill.

Pros

The supervisors were very supportive and helpful, and the training was comprehensive.

Cons

Long commutes often during high traffic times and they do not pay for drive time (except between clients). Management was also rude and unhelpful, and seemed as though they did not want to answer questions. Pay is low for the field, and it is extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get more than 10 hours per week. I had more than 5 days completely open and was still asked to open my availability more in order to get more than 5 hours per week.
