Pros

Flexible schedules, staff that cares about what they do and each other, great people, and a company that is continuing to evolve into an even better place to work!

Cons

Many staff are spread thin, but that tends to happen with companies that grow quickly. Many entry level staff get upset that they have to follow a schedule and company policies- which is part of ANY job.

Was great at first, but over the years has gotten abysmal.

Pros

-Great, fun clinical staff that care (mostly). -flexible hours, if working part time.

Cons

-Some clinical staff do not listen to full concerns. -HR and all other divisions have terrible communication issues. (insurance packet being misplaced, twice, and now has taken more than 3 weeks to get said insurance set up.) -LBUSD can be a toxic environment to work in at times. -Pay sucks, from what I have seen looking around now.
