Making connections with clients, watching them advance overtime with goals.

Cons

Bad communication with higher ups (supervisors, bcba’s) . Most seem overworked. The hours are also not consistent during summer or spring breaks. If scheduling can’t find a reroute for you even though you are willing to work there is no other option than to lose the day with no pay.
