Pros

Pay is okay but honestly, not worth it.

Cons

Management writes their own reviews on here. Not a single positive review was posted on this company when I applied and all of sudden their is 6 new positive reviews. Fake!!Management makes promises and praise so much how they will always help you=lies! Expect you not to make a single mistake after they throw you into clients homes with no clue of how to do your job correctly with insufficient training. Then get mad because you made a mistake. Don’t bother applying. Save your time and money.

Pros

Working in a growing field and always have opportunities to learn and work with many different types of disabilities and cultures. The scheduling is flexible and the families are great.

Cons

Prime time is usually the evenings, but you make your own schedule and can work with the families directly, which helps.

Pros

Mission, values, integrity, flexibility. I like being trusted to work independently, which is balanced with support and accountability. I especially like how my Manager is fair with me, provides training and feedback, and helps me to increase my skills. Compensation has been very fair.

Cons

Traveling to homes of clients can be challenging at times with traffic, vehicle maintenance, and driving. When working with families in their homes, there is some pressure knowing you're constantly "on the spot" and must be mindful of everything said and done.
