      Pros

      I have been employed with them for 1 month and these are what I have observed so far - 1. Large Number of clients, many of which are high profile and across various industries. 2. Provide a role as a full time to the company and then contract to their clients which allows you to have benefits of a full time employee. This includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance. 3. You get paid as a full time employee. 4. Recruiting and Onboarding teams are great to work with. I had a smooth onboarding. 5. They support H-1B company transfers.

      Cons

      There isn't any con that I have had with them so far.

      Pros

      Onboarding staff very helpful. Good People to work with. The company is growing and there are good opportunities for job growth.

      Cons

      They do not allow to work on C2C or 1099. Prefer employees who do not have US work authorization.
