      There are no such pros.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, constant pressure. Clients are rude, unprofessional, and clueless. Management is equally pathetic and unsupportive. Hire-and-fire policy — you can be terminated without notice or valid reason. Same-day termination emails citing fake excuses like “project ended.” No severance, no HR support, no transparency. Emotionally draining, unstable, and toxic environment.
