      Pros

      I am an assignee to "Big Tech company" from Alpha Net. As my employer, I find Alpha Net very easy to work with and understanding management has about its employees is great. Handling leave and setting me up with customer was sleek and transparent. Salaries are negotiable and up to the industry standard. All and all, I would like to recommend this place to work.

      Cons

      Since working for customers, not much of carrier opportunities here in the company. But some big customers can provide you a good experience for your resume.

      Pros

      Leadership team at Alpha Net showed me that if you take the time and put the work in you will be able to move up in ranking .They sit and take time with you to figure out what fits you. This is my second project assignment with them since 2018. Responsive team members always ready to help.

      Salary on time and situated in mohali.

      Cons

      They will offer you a good package after that once you join organization nightmare start ,they will ask you to deposit money to allocate laptop to you as a security. If you are joining as java developer there is no team every body is already left.
