      Pros

      Alpha Net is very supportive in getting you into your role and letting you do your thing. They trust you to handle your work without constant check-ins, but support is definitely there if something comes up.

      Cons

      A bit more engagement from the company would be nice at times. It does feel like you can be left to your work for a while without much updates from Alpha Net.

      Pros

      I worked with Alpha Net for more than 5 years. Its a good company to work for in Bay Area. The management and the colleagues I worked with are very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      I would expect little more addition to their benefit plans.
