      1. I had an amazing onboarding experience with Alpha Net. Onboarding Team Member Mr. Vivek Garg was there to guide me and support me throughout my onboarding journey. 2. Alpha Net appreciates employee and help in overall development.

      Cons

      It's been couple of months while working with Alpha Net, As of now I personally do not feel any downside.

      Very well organized. Onboarding deptt. needs special commendation as they are always without you throughout your onboading journey.

      Cons

      They are investing more on freshers, sometimes managers feel pressure due to this.
