1. Non flexible office timings.. If you arrive even 1 minute late they will apply half day leave.
2. Untimely calls. The onsite management has no regard for Indian night time.
3. They tell you that they will apply your h1 visa but its all a trap.
4. Many employess were laid off due to lack of projects. They hire when they desperately need a resource for a client. Make them to work more than 10 hours a day to finish timelines. And once the project is delivered they try to find reasons to lay that person off the team to save money.
4. All the positive reviews are fake.. Their IT recruitmemt team is the team that lures professionals hence they are writing fake reviews. And management also only replies to those reviews. See for yourself the management did not responded to any negative reviews.
5. If they hire you with unbelievable package its not because they are good managers but because they desperately need resource and as soon as your work is conpleted they dont care about employees.
And yes, there is no parking, no canteen. Infra is too poor to call ir an IT office
