      Nothing I can think of as everything was great during my stay and hope the same is continuing

      Pros

      good culture work life balance supportive management timely salary growth opportunities good team work medical insurance for employee and family.

      Cons

      Nothing as of now. management is working strongly on good employee friendly policies. I would recommend to adapt best possible practices for individual and company growth prospective.

      Honest and Fair Company to work for

      Pros

      Recently completed an assignment with this company. They did a great job placing me in a job with my skillet and experience. They were helpful and communicative in the interview/ onboarding process as well. Even after I completed my assignment the follow up process about my assignment went well also.

      Cons

      I think the pay is fair but considering they are a recruiting company I can understand not being paid more. They have to pay bills as well
