      Always supportive to growth and help with any sort of immigration without deny. Best in Immigration and marketting and provides extensive knowledge on professional growth.

      Cons

      Need more people who can help with new technology in the market for professional growth , as marketting is best with alphanet its better to be in latest tech.

      Pros

      These folks know exactly what they are doing. They set high standards, and consistently deliver. Their project expectations and planning is excellent. The top level management folks are extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning. Their hiring pattern is very consistent. For the young starters, they hire smart, well spoken, and subtly aggressive candidates. Beginner salaries can be a bit low, which is expected I think. It takes some time to build credibility. Overall, a great place to start your professional career.

      Cons

      There is intense competition, especially during targeted promotion/milestone years. It is not as bad as it sounds, and seems manageable.

      Excellent place to work in. Employees are treated very well. Timely appraisals to motivate employees. Provides an excellent work culture with good work life balance.
