      Pros

      The owner seems to love what he does and makes you want to fell the same.

      Cons

      There are several issues with this company beyond just competitive pay. I've been with AOI for over a year, and it's difficult to advance if you're not based at headquarters. They talk about earning awards and recognition, but it's challenging to achieve this when you're not working alongside other AOI members. The pay is not competitive, and getting a raise while staying in the same position is nearly impossible. I love what I do here but I know I will have to leave one day to make the money I well deserve.

      Pros

      AO is the best company that I have ever worked for. The company is one of the fastest growing IT government contracting companies in the US. All the employees from top to bottom are caring, respectful and are always ready to drop everything to help you out in your time of need.

      Cons

      Being that AO is growing so fast, there are some growing pains and process adjustments that are taking place from time to time.

      *Management is genuinely concerned with furthering employees' careers and professional development. *Best insurance I've had in many years(upgraded plan). *$3500/yr Education allowance that can be used toward either traditional degree programs or professional certifications. *Management routinely puts "doing the right thing" above profits. *Management supports remote work where possible. *Expense reports are paid very quickly. *Promotes from within.

      Cons

      I can honestly say that I haven't run across any cons yet.
