      Pros

      Not a people factory. They were very different 4-5 years ago in terms of finding replacements when projects get over but after getting to an almost mid- size those problems have resolved. They are heavily engaging in a talent factory concept which helps find people other projects and invest on growing their talents/ skills You get to work with really smart people Not afraid to try and experiment Leadership supports innovation Great leadership team Great bonus and competitive comp packages

      Cons

      None really. The same with any mid-size company. Growing pains where more visibility to leadership will help with alignment

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly and that provides lots of chances for personal growth. Internal mobility and development opportunities are available across the company. The top several layers of leadership are very diverse which is a breadth of fresh air, especially in government consulting.

      Cons

      The company's rapid growth requires employees to pitch in beyond their role at times. But it's exciting.

      It's employment. Consider working here if you need a job desperately and they hire you.

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Most employees are white men. The company culture reflects this. Slurs and general vitriol out of the mouths of managers and employees is too frequent to ignore. The company culture is toxic. The amount of waste and inefficiency even at the lowest level of government contracting is actually disturbing. Hundreds of people seemingly do not complete any actual work, or even show up for work, yet still remain on payroll.
